UFA Statement Regarding City's Release of Heavily Edited 911 UCT Consultant's Report

The Bloomberg Administration today released a radically slimmed down and condensed version of a consultant's review of New York City's 911 call-taking system, with a reported 80-plus pages of critiques and analysis removed.

For the purpose of fighting for what is necessary for both firefighter and public safety, the UFA maintains that it is entitled to all drafts and versions of this report, unedited, as ordered by the New York Supreme Court.

The UFA intends to fight City Hall's further efforts to drag its feet and delay the enforcement of the order by the New York Supreme Court.
