Prosecutors expected to announce manslaughter indictments Monday against at least three construction supervisors for their roles in the Deutsche Bank blaze that killed two city firefighters, a published report said Monday.
The supervisors facing charges worked for contractors and subcontractors in the tower next to Ground Zero, The New York Times reported on its Web site.
Neither the city nor Bovis Lend Lease, the main contractor in the demolition of the building, will face charges, the paper said.
Firefighters Robert Beddia and Joseph Graffagnino died fighting the blaze on Aug. 18, 2007, in the tower that was badly damaged on 9/11.
