FDNY: Seven Injured at Scene of Queens House Fire

QUEENS, N.Y. - At least seven people were injured in a house fire in Queens early Wednesday morning.

The FDNY says flames broke out around 5:30 a.m. at 94-21 40th Road in Elmhurst.

The fire burned through the second and third floor of the home before firefighters got it under control around 7 a.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
