Twenty NYPD members and 14 Fire Department staff have tested positive for coronavirus, city officials said Thursday.

The day’s tally was up from Wednesday, when the sick roll included eight members of the NYPD — four cops and four civilians — and four FDNY members. The FDNY also has 175 members under self-quarantine for evaluation, a department spokesman said.

The new cases were reported amid complaints by police unions that the city and state hasn’t done enough to protect its members from the coronavirus.

Last Friday, the Police Benevolent Association filed a complaint with the state alleging the NYPD hasn’t given cops masks, gloves and sanitizers. A union spokesman said Thursday that officers have been given more equipment since that complaint was made.

NYPD Chief of Department Terence Monahan told PIX 11 Thursday night that cops responding to radio calls have been given N95 masks, while other officers have received surgical masks.
