Person Struck by Train in Harlem, Seriously Injured, FDNY Says

HARLEM, NY — A person was rushed to the hospital suffering serious injuries after being struck by a train in Harlem, an FDNY spokesman said.

The person was hit at the Lexington Avenue and East 125th Street station shortly before 2 p.m., an FDNY spokesman said. FDNY Medics rescued the person from the tracks and rushed them to Harlem Hospital, the spokesman said.

The FDNY spokesman could not confirm details about the person who was hit, or their status after arrival at the hospital.
