FDNY Says Two firefighters were sent to the hospital Friday after FDNY spent three hours putting out a Van Dam Street warehouse fire, officials said.

A ferocious fire tore through a warehouse in Brooklyn early Friday, officials said.

The blaze broke out in the one-story building on Van Dam Street in Greenpoint around 2:20 a.m., the FDNY said.

The flames were contained just after 5 a.m., officials said.

Two firefighters out of nearly 140 smoke eaters sent to the scene were taken to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in stable condition, officials said.

No one was inside the warehouse at the time, fire officials said.

The source of the fire is under investigation.
