Fire Breaks Out In Queens Sandwich Shop: FDNY - April 12, 2019

60 firefighters battled the blaze in Hunters Point, the FDNY said.

HUNTERS POINT, QUEENS — A fire broke out in a Queens sandwich shop Thursday afternoon, spurring 60 firefighters to the scene.

The fire started just before 3 p.m. at 27-20 Queens Plaza South in Hunters Point, according to the FDNY.

That address belongs to Gotham Fresh Foods and Subway sandwich shops, Google Maps shows.

There are no reported injuries, the FDNY said.
