New Prescription Drug Cards
As of September 1, 2004, Eckerd Health Services (EHS) will be administering the prescription program for UFA members. By now you should have received identification cards and an information packet in the mail from EHS (your ID card will be attached to the back of the booklet). Remember that during the month of August, GPP (1-800-341-2234) will still be your prescription program administrator, so it is important that you still use your GPP ID card until September 1. Your new EHS identification cards will not be active until September 1. Beginning September 1, you will need to present your new identification card when you get a prescription filled at the pharmacy. If you have any questions regarding EHS please call toll free 1-866-832-0563.
