Man Dies in Bronx Apartment Fire

AP - A man has died in a Bronx apartment fire.

Police and fire personnel, responding to a 911 call, found the 39-year-old man unconscious around 1 a.m. Monday in Morris Heights. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The fire marshal and medical examiner are investigating. The victim’s name has not been made public.
