1. Gift to NYC Fire Museum
On Tuesday, March 16th, at 10:30am, at the NYC Fire Museum, located at 278 Spring Street in Manhattan, the Irish Defence Forces, a group of 30 active and retired members of the Irish Army, will present a gift to the NYC Fire Museum on behalf of the Cork City Fire Brigade. 2. John Jay College Degree Programs
REMINDER: John Jay College of Criminal Justice FDNY Program Coordinator, Rafael Quiles, will be at FDNY training facilities this spring with information for Fire and EMS personnel regarding degree program opportunities with the college: On Monday, March 22nd from 10am-1pm at Fort Totten Building 405 (CFRD Building) and Monday, April 26th from 10am-1pm at Randall's Island Building 9. 3. Annual Palm Sunday Mass at Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance
On Sunday, March 28th, 2pm, at The Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance located at 1904 Surf Ave, B'klyn, NY (at KeySpan Park). In case of rain or cold services will be held at Our Lady of Solace Shrine R.C. Church Mermaid Ave. & W. 17th St.- Coney Island. For more info visit

4. FDNY/NYPD Racquetball Tournament
REMINDER: On Saturday, April 24th & Sunday, April 25th, the FDNY/NYPD Racquetball Tournament will be held at Club Fit, 584 North State Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY. 5. Lt. Chuck Margiotta (L-85) Memorial Motorcycle Run
REMINDER: On Sunday, May 23rd (rain or shine) at Monsignor Farrell H.S. located at 2900 Amboy Rd. Staten Island, NY at 10am sign-in will begin for the Brains, Brawn & Bravery Biker Run in Chuck's honor. Ride leaves at 12 noon. Entry Fee: $20 includes music, food, and refreshments. Non-riders and friends of Chuck are encouraged to come too. All proceeds go toward the Chuck Margiotta Memorial Scholarship Fund for incoming Freshmen at Monsignor Farrell H.S.
