Three people were in serious condition Wednesday night after firefighters pulled them from the upper floor of a burning Brooklyn brownstone, FDNY sources said.

The blaze started about 10:30 p.m. on the middle floor of the three-story building on Decatur St. in Ocean Hill and was still under investigation late last night.

The three victims, who were not identified, were taken to area hospitals.

Two of them were in cardiac arrest.

Darshawn Scott, 14, who was alone on the second floor when the fire broke out, said he heard a "squeaking" noise - then saw an intruder dash out of the apartment.

But NYPD detectives were questioning the boy last night.

"They think he did it," said the boy's sister Taniqua Scott, 19, who was not home at the time the fire started.
