Mayoral EEO Survey for Members

Certain members of this union have begun to receive an EEO Mayoral Employee Survey from the Equal Employment Practices Commission. The Fire Department has notified the UFA that the survey is NOT MANDITORY, but VOLUNTARY to prepare. The UFA strongly advises any member who receives this survey, or any survey, to refrain from completing or returning them without specific communication from the UFA.
