1. FDNY Soccer Club Youth Soccer Clinic
REMINDER: On Saturday, May 31st from 2-6pm & Sunday, June 1st from 9am-2pm the FDNY Soccer Club & the FF Sergio Villanueava Soccer Foundation will host their FREE 2008 Youth Soccer Clinic at Flushing Meadow Park- Fields 8 & 9. This year coaches from the Liverpool Football Club in England will be present. Children ages 5-15 can register for one or both sessions. Sunday's session will be followed by an FDNY match. 2. 2008 Special Olympics
REMINDER: Volunteers are needed to assist in setting up on Friday, May 30th from 9am-1pm & for the games held on Saturday, May 31st from 8am-4pm. The Special Olympics will take place at the Riverbank State Park at 145th St. & Riverside Drive in Manhattan. Come out and donate your time to a great cause! It is truly a rewarding experience. 3. Wounded Warrior Fund Raiser
On Friday, June 20th, 4pm, at Cedar Beach Pavilion in Ocean Beach Parkway, NY a fund-raiser for the Wounded Warrior Project will be hosted by E-302/L-155. Tickets: suggested donation $20, includes music featuring "The Square-Rooters" & "The No Request Band." For more info go to www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
4. FF Daniel Pudjak (L-146) Plaque Dedication

5. John Jay College - Tuition Reimbursement
FDNY members who will be completing their Spring 2008 Semester with John Jay College are reminded that they may be eligible for tuition reimbursement. FDNY members who have completed course work with a grade of "C" or higher are advised to file for tuition reimbursement as follows: Fax your Unofficial Transcript (with your full name and your semester grade), your Semester Bill (showing tuition paid in full), the last four numerals in your Social Security number, your FDNY Employee Number (Found on your TPR), your current mailing address, and your phone contact number to Mary Elizabeth Rohan at 718-281-8422.
