Four of the city's Bravest hurt during the Deutsche Bank fire that killed two fellow firefighters are suing the city, state and building contractors for injuries they suffered fighting the blaze, according to court papers.

Battalion Chief Michael Borst and firefighters Sean McBrien, Francis McCutchen and Steve Olsen suffered career-ending injuries fighting the inferno that killed Joseph Graffagnino and Robert Beddia on Aug. 18, according to the suit.

The building was to be demolished after it was damaged on 9/11.

The suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court last week names the Lower Manhattan Development Corp., the city and construction manager, Bovis Lend Lease and several contractors as defendants in the suit.
