On Tuesday, November 13th at 9am the trial against the three men who assaulted and severely injured FF Richard Berkhout E-298 on September 11th last year will begin. The opening statements and trial will take place in Suffolk County Criminal Court before Judge Robert Doyle, inside Judge Farnetti's courtroom on the 3rd floor. The family has requested available Firefighters show their support by attending the arraignment. Please wear a shirt identifying yourself as a Firefighter. An update regarding the trial will be given at the Union Meeting tomorrow, with future updates to follow by 65-2 fax.

DIRECTIONS:
- From Sunrise Highway take Route 61 North to Route 51 for 7 miles, the Criminal Court Building will be on the left side.
- From the LIE, take Exit 71S to Route 24 for 4 miles, pass the County Jail, and make the 1st right turn.
