1. Hispanic Society Scholarship Award Ceremony / Dance

2. Hispanic Day Parade
All off-duty members of the Department are invited to the Annual Hispanic Day Parade, scheduled for Sunday, Oct 14, at 10:30am. Assembly point is on 44th St & Fifth Ave. Regulation uniform of the season shall be worn. For info, Lieutenant Miguel A. Ramos at 718-482-3375.
3. 41st Anniversary of the 23rd St. Fire
On Wednesday, Oct 17, at noon, the Department will commemorate the 41st Anniversary of the 23rd St Fire, at which twelve members made the Supreme Sacrifice on October 17, 1966. The ceremony will take place at 4 E.23rd St (c/o Broadway). All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Dress uniform requested.
4. Captain Patrick J. Brown Memorial Fund Raiser
The 2nd Annual Captain Patrick J. Brown Memorial Fund Raiser will be held at Webster Hall, 125 E.11th St, Manhattan on Tuesday, Nov 6, at 7pm. $50 donation per person includes food, drinks and music.
