(NEW YORK) Five people were killed in a two-alarm fire in a brownstone in Brooklyn early Saturday, the fire department said.

Firefighters were called to 922 New York Avenue at 5:27 a.m., according to Billy Green, a fire department spokesman. One firefigher suffered minor burns, Green said.

No further information was immediately available.
