4 FOR FAHY 2018 MEMORIAL RUN
The annual Memorial Run for FDNY Deputy Chief Michael Fahy will take place on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at 10:30 AM, rain or shine. The event includes a 4-mile/2x2-mile relay race and kid's fun run. Registration opens at 9:00 AM on race day at Gaelic Park, located at 201 W 240th St. Bronx, NY 10463. Food and refreshments will be available for attendees at the after-party, also at Gaelic Park. Proceeds will benefit Building for America's Bravest, a program of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation that builds smart homes for our most catastrophically injured service members returning home. FIRE BELL CLUB DINNER
On Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at 7:00 PM, the Fire Bell Club will hold their 79th Anniversary Dinner at Marina Del Rey, 1 Marina Drive, Bronx, NY. In addition, the recipients of this year's James Gordon Bennett Medal and Fire Bell Club Medal will be honored. Tickets are $85 and will not be sold at the door. FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Federal Law Enforcement Foundation is pleased to announce the special 2018-2019 Scholarship Program to benefit qualified children of uniformed Fire and EMS members. Each scholarship is a one-time cash grant paid directly to the institution selected by the applicant and their family for tuition, room and board or books.
