Two people were injured after a two-alarm fire in the Bronx Tuesday morning.

Fire officials say flames broke out around 4:40 a.m. on the first floor of a building on Grand Concourse and East 180th Street in Fordham Heights.

The FDNY says the fire spread to the second floor of the five-story building.

One person refused medical attention and the other was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
