A vengeful restaurant worker tossed a Molotov cocktail into a Harlem restaurant because he was steamed about a squabble he had with his co-workers a few days before, authorities said on Thursday.

The hot-tempered man allegedly started the fire at Pinole Mexican Restaurant on East 115th Street around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, just days after he was kicked out following an argument with other workers, an FDNY source told the Post.

When the man returned to the Harlem restaurant he was not allowed in, the source said. So he left and returned a short while later — this time, throwing the flaming bottle of lighter fluid into the entryway.

The fire was extinguished before fire department personnel arrived and no injuries were reported, authorities said.

Police have identified a person of interest, but he has not been arrested yet.
