A parking-garage fire next to the Viacom building in Times Square forced the evacuation of multiple businesses Monday afternoon, officials said.

About 84 firefighters responded to 1540 Broadway near 45th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan around 4:15 p.m. after reports of smoke, officials said.

More than 100 people evacuated from the Viacom building and retail shops, including the Disney Store, as the blaze was under control about an hour later.

No injures were reported, authorities said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
