Update: 3 Taken to Hospital after Crash in Richmond

The patients were transported to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze, but their conditions were not available, said a spokeswoman for the FDNY/EMS.

According to emergency radio transmissions an account from the scene, the victims were an adult woman and two children.

The incident was reported at the intersection of Lighthouse Avenue at 8:23 a.m., according to a spokesman for the Fire Department.

A black SUV with no obvious damage and one police car were spotted at the busy intersection about a block away from St. Patrick's School.

The shaken driver, a woman to declined to give her name, said that her car tapped the victims and that they suffered minor injuries.
