Two men were killed and five other people hurt — one critically — when a fire ravaged a Bronx apartment building for more than three hours early Saturday, officials said.

The blaze broke out on the 10th floor of the building on East Tremont Avenue near Dogwood Drive in Parkchester around 1:10 a.m., the FDNY said.Responding police officers found 75-year-old John Quinones unconscious inside his 10th floor apartment, police said. He was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

A second man was found dead in the 10th floor hallway, said police. The man’s name has not been released.

The city Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death for both victims.

Three civilians — one in critical condition and two with serious but non-life-threatening injuries — were rushed to Jacobi, according to the FDNY.

Two firefighters were taken to the same hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The blaze was under control by 4:35 a.m., the FDNY said. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
