UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A minor fire broke out Friday afternoon on the third floor of a historic five-story apartment building at 46 West 71st St. near Central Park West, according to the FDNY.

No one was inured, and the fire was brought under control by 2 p.m., an FDNY spokeswoman said.
