1. 39th Annual FDNY Ski Races
REMINDER:The 39th Annual FDNY Ski Races will be held on Tuesday, January 31st at Hunter Mountain, NY. The proceeds will be donated to the NY Firefighters Burn Center Foundation. Please fill out and send in registration forms ASAP. Remember, to receive the discount fee you have your team pre-registered. Register your team online at www.Huntermtn.com. 2. NJ Nets Half Price Ticket Offer
REMINDER: Discounted tickets are now available for select NJ Nets basketball games at the Prudential Center played now through February 6th. Limited tickets are available. 3. 10th Annual FF David Arce & FF Michael Boyle Memorial Benefit
On Saturday, February 4th at PD O'Hurley's Bar & Grill, 174 W. 72nd Street (off Broadway) NY, 4-7pm. $40 at the door includes food, drinks, & more. 50/50 sold at door. 4. NY Islanders FF Appreciation 2-for-1 Tickets
REMINDER: On Saturday, February 18th at 7pm and Thursday, March 29th at 7pm the NY Islanders will take on the Carolina Hurricanes and the Pittsburgh Penguins, respectively. Buy one ticket for both games. Tickets: $60 (orig. $183) in the 100/200 level, or $30 (orig. $90) in the 300 level. Firefighters will also receive a special commemorative FF T-shirt with their 2-for-1 ticket. 5. Save the Date for the 2012 Lt. Chuck Margiotta (L-85) Memorial Biker Run
On Sunday, June 3rd (rain or shine) at 10am sign-in will begin at Farrell H.S. 2900 Amboy Rd. Staten Island, NY. Riders Fee: $20 (passengers ride free) includes food, beverages, and music. Non-riders & friends of Chuck are encouraged to make a donation. Kickstands up at Noon. All proceeds go to the Chuck Margiotta Scholarship Fund.
