COMPANY PATCHES WANTED FOR MEMORIAL DISPLAY
A wall of honor has been erected outside the morgue at Bellevue Hospital (First Ave and 27th Street, NY NY 10016). The memorial has a collection of patches from various departments and agencies involved in the rescue on display. There are very few FDNY patches there. In order to be more representative and to remember our members, we are asking all companies to forward one patch to Ed Burke here at the UFA. These will be put into the display where members and their families can view them. There is also a section to leave written messages and remembrances.
