Secret ballots regarding a vote for a membership dues increase were mailed on October 15th from the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to each member’s home. In accordance with the UFA Constitution, the ballots shall be opened and counted by the AAA on October 30 at 9:00am. If you do not receive a ballot by the afternoon of October 18th, contact the AAA at 800-529-5218, M - F, 9am - 5pm, and a ballot will be mailed that day to your home. Only active members in good standing shall be eligible to vote. The referendum for this UFA Constitution amendment must be approved by an affirmative vote of a majority of valid ballots counted by the AAA. The results of the referendum will be announced by the AAA on October 30th upon completion of the AAA count.
