We regret to report the death of little Michael Downing, the 5 year old son of Firefighter John Downing L-163, who made the supreme sacrifice at the Father’s Day Fire. Michael finally lost his battle with Neuroblastoma. The Downing family would like to thank all the members who donated blood and platelets to Michael over the past year. They want the membership to know that your generosity kept Michael with them for much longer than otherwise would have been possible, and he enjoyed much of that time as a happy kid. Funeral and wake arrangements are as follows:
