One member per borough. Verifies candidate petition signatures validity, nominations, elections & referendums. Present at balloting organization for all ballot counts, and decides validity of any ballot in question.

Scholarship Fund Committee
One member from each borough, UFA President & Scholarship Chairman. This committee establishes written guidelines for use of the fund. The Fund provides financial support for the education of the spouses and children of firefighters, active, retired, living and deceased.

LOD Funeral Fund Committee
One member from each borough, UFA President & LOD Chairman. This committee establishes written guidelines for use of the fund, which sends Uniformed UFA members to IAFF member LODD firefighter funerals anywhere in the US and Canada.

Battalion Advisory Committee (Battalion Delegates)
One member per Battalion. Elected by Company Delegates. Polls members, meets prior to contract expiration to discuss and present contract demands, serves as Field Safety Committee, advises and assists Company Delegates within Battalion.
